In the writeup i mentioned, as his transits are very low in strength in his D5, which shows Power and Fame ,that he is fast losing popularity and he might not return to power for the second time. This seems to be obvious.
Now Obama will be facing impeachment over his failure to seek congressional authorization before launching offensive military action in Libya last year. Official impeachment proceedings have now been filed in both the House and Senate.

The impeachment proceedings against Obama are definitely the result of his low SAV in Libra in D5.
Following are the relevant SAV and BAV scores as per the current transits :

If we observe the above table of transit strengths of Saturn, the scores in all the charts are average or below average in Libra and better in Virgo. Retrograde Saturn transiting into Virgo can give him some small relief but from August 9,after Saturn re enters Libra he might be drastically losing his Fame and Power.
At the time of the elections on 6 th November,2012,in D5, the SAV strengths of Jupiter and Saturn are both 23 out of 56 which are very weak and while the Transit kakshya of Jupiter is good,that of Saturn is not good.This too shows that he has very less chances of winning this time.
From a different perspective, His Saturn dasa is starting from 11 th of August 2012. Saturn is retrograde in his chart and is with a Ashtakavarga strength of only 3.As Saturn is in his own sign of Capricorn and retrograde he would not give good results unlike his Jupiter dasa which is retrograde, in debilitation and aspecting his Fifth house of Power and fame which gave him immense power making him the President of USA.
In Panchamsa,Saturn is in the Seventh house aspecting the Lagna showing obstacles to Power and Fame.Here Saturn is with a BAV Strength of only 1.It is obvious that with such a low score Saturn is not going to get him into the same Position again.
In Dasamsa,Saturn is in the Fifth house from the lagna along with Rahu and with a BAV score of 4.This score is moderate which only gives good and bad results equally and might not augur well for the Presidential Position in his dasa.
In Contrast, if we see for Jupiter's Position and BAV Scores in the above charts, In Panchamsa,Jupiter being the Second and Fifth lord is in the Eleventh house from Panchamsa Lagna with a BAV Strength of 5 which gave him the Presidency.
In Dasamsa,Jupiter is in the Seventh house from Lagna ,hence having a strong aspect over it and by being the 8th and 11 th lord in 7 th gave him a very good career in his dasa. Jupiter is with a BAV of 6 here and does not have the Ashtamaadhipatya dosha as well.
Getting back to Ashtakavarga of the divisional charts, i can say that regardless of the dasa and antardasas running,Transits along with the Ashtakavarga scores show up clearly the events to come.
To Conclude, i can say, the Saturn dasa starting from August might not favour him to get re elected for the second term.
